SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN FACEBOOK | INSTAGRAM

Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

1.1 The Organizer FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Griviței, no. 136, Corp C, 2nd floor, office 6, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Court under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The Campaign is carried out in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the Promotional Campaign must be aware of and comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

Art. 2. Place of the Campaign

2.1 The Campaign is carried out on the social networks of the official Facebook and/or Instagram pages of the Favbet Organizer.

2.2 The Organizer may choose which of the two social networks Facebook or Instagram will carry out the campaign or even carry it out in parallel.

Art. 3. Campaign Period

3.1 The campaign period is from 16.02.2026 to 31.12.2026, 23:59.

Art. 4. Campaign mechanism

4.1 The campaign is addressed to all followers of the social networks Facebook and/or Instagram.

4.2 The Organizer, through the social networks Facebook and/or Instagram, will periodically or occasionally organize contests through which it will launch challenges for better interaction with its followers.

4.3 They must meet the participation conditions for each contest conducted by the Organizer.

4.4 The Organizer undertakes to mention in the content of each contest post the participation conditions, the prizes offered, as well as the number of participants who will be awarded.

4.5 As part of this campaign, prizes consisting of material goods (t-shirts, balls, vouchers, event tickets, etc.) may be offered, these being different from one post to another.

Art. 5. General Terms and Conditions of Participation

5.1 The posts made by the Organizer will include the following information:

• Conditions of Participation. The Organizer may require participants to have an active account on its platform, and where appropriate, to follow/share/like/comment on the social pages where the contest is held.
• May launch a question and/or a challenge. For example: provide the correct answer to a riddle, identify the differences between two images, predict the score of a match, the minute of the first goal, the winning team or the first team to score a goal, etc.
• Description of the prize that will be awarded to the participants.
• Date of awarding the prize.
• Number of participants who will receive the prize.
• Deadline for participation.

5.2 Prizes will be awarded to an "n" number of participants or randomly by drawing lots, through the website www.random.org.

5.3 A participant cannot win more than one prize within a contest post.

5.4 Multiple comments will not be taken into account. The Organizer will remove any comments containing inappropriate language, spam, or any other comment that does not refer to the ongoing contest.

5.5 The Winner must provide the Organizer in the private chat of the social network or via the e-mail address [email protected], the data necessary to identify him as a client of the www.favbet.ro platform, when requested.

Art. 6. Awarding of Prizes

6.1 The prizes within this campaign will be awarded only to participants who have fulfilled the terms and conditions of participation.

6.2 If the winner is unable to receive the prize (example: as a result of the game account being blocked, as a result of self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the prize and will cancel it.

6.3 In order to receive the prize, the winner must have completed the account verification stage (KYC). If this stage is not completed in full, the Organizer will not award the prize, but will cancel it.

6.4 The Winner must provide the Organizer with the correct delivery address for the prize won.

6.5 If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner, due to restrictions set in the personal account in the Notifications section, the winner is obliged to contact the Organizer within 5 calendar days after the end of the campaign at the e-mail address [email protected] to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be canceled.

6.6 Prizes consisting of material goods will be awarded only to the winner. They cannot be awarded or transferred to another person.

6.7 Prizes consisting of material goods cannot be exchanged. Winners do not have the right to request their equivalent in money or bonuses.

6.8 Prizes won within the framework of this campaign will be delivered to the winners within a maximum of 15 working days from the end of each contest, exclusively on the territory of Romania.

6.9 The Organizer is not responsible for the participant's inability to receive the prize, if he/she has provided incomplete or incorrect shipping data. In this situation, the Organizer may choose to cancel the prize.

Art. 7. Tax

7.1 The tax is applied according to art. 110 of Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, with subsequent additions and amendments.

7.2 The payment of the 10% tax applied to the net income generated from each prize is the responsibility of the Organizer.

Art. 8. Protection of personal data

8.1 By participating in this campaign, participants accept and agree that certain data may be public (name/profile photo/or any information related to the social media account held and which is public).

8.2 By participating, participants accept that the winner may be announced through a public announcement by publishing certain data on social networks/media/audio/video channels, in compliance with the legislation in force.

Art. 9. Other clauses

9.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in the campaign with multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts.

9.2 Employees of the Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

9.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or for all players, without prior explanation or notification, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.

9.4 The Campaign complies with the Favbet Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

9.5 The Campaign can be combined with other promotions / campaigns available on the Organizer's platform.

9.6 The campaign is limited to one use per account / address / IP etc.

9.7 Participants who abuse this campaign will be eliminated and no more prizes will be awarded.

Art. 10. Informing participants

10.1 The Campaign Regulations are available on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.

10.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all the provisions of these Regulations.

10.4 The Organizer will not ask participants, through social networks, for personal card data, player account passwords or any other financial information.

Art. 11. Termination or interruption of the Campaign

11.1 The Campaign may be interrupted or terminated early in the event of force majeure or by a decision of the Organizer, determined by the impossibility of continuing it for reasons beyond its control. The modification will not in any way affect the rights of participants who have already won until the date of the modification;

11.2 In the situations presented, the Organizer has no obligation to compensate the participants.

Art. 12. Final Provisions

12.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with these Regulations.

12.2 Participation in the Campaign by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.

12.3 These Regulations may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign or at any other time without prior notice to the players. They are responsible for checking the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

12.4 If a player is found to have violated the Regulations, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

12.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation):

• Postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it.
• Connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Internet) of the players.
• For receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other information that is necessary for the Campaign.
